Here we explain the complete process flow of Odhi e-store online orders starting from Order placement by the Customer, BillDesk Payment Process, Order execution at Manufacturers or authorized sellers / agents, order management by Odhi's Merchandise team to ensure that the customer received the right product on time, and order delivery by local and national Logistics partner.


Step 1   - Customer comes to Odhi.in from Google Search, Google Map, YouTube, Social Media websites like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. Odhi.in online store is highly secured with Let's Encrypt SSL technology, hosted on Plesk Cloud Server, USA.


Step 2   - Customer likes Odhi.in products and would like to place the order. Most of our customers call our e-commerce team or send an email or WhatsApp and clarifies their queries on product, delivery, Payments etc. Odhi.in team is available on Phone and WhatsApp at 8300 143 333, and email at hello@odhi.in.

Step 3   - Customer places the order online at odhi.in.

Once payment is success, customer will be redirected back to Odhi.in website and order invoice will be generated at Odhi.in website for all successful payment orders. Odhi.in e-commerce store never receives customer credit / debit or bank details from BillDesk. Odhi website receives Transaction ID, amount details and Transaction status from BillDesk.

Step 6   - BillDesk processes the received payment and transfer to our bank account immediately. Our Bank sends the payment confirmation as the final confirmation.

Step 7 - Upon receipt of order Payment, Odhi.in e-commerce team generates the order sheet and inform the respective manufacturer / authorised reseller or agent to make the delivery arrangements.

Step 8 - Odhi.in furniture team checks the delivery item and packs the ordered item. If the ordered item is unavailable then it will go for production. Ideally Production will take 2 – 3 days for regular furniture items and 15 days for Custom made items.

Step 9   - Once the furniture item is packed, our team makes arrangement for local delivery from warehouse to customer's address.

Step 10 - Delivery team delivers the ordered item to Customer at their location. Customer receives it happily!
