Odhi.IN Delivery & Shipping Policy

Odhi furniture items steel cot, wooden cot, digital almirah cupboards, bero, electronics, clothing, mobiles and accessories, fashion accessories, grocery, fresh meat items are delivered through in-house logistic team or local transporter (Truck Taxi or Porter or WOW Truck ) for all areas in Coimbatore. Our delivery time is 1 to 2 days. For mobiles and accessories, delivery will be done on the same day if order is placed before 4 PM. Delivery time is 3 to 5 days for furniture, electronics, motors and water heaters which might require assembling or custom changes.

For Coimbatore Customers:

Option 1: Home Delivery (Till Gate only) & Unloading to be done by the Customer

     Odhi.IN uses Truck Taxi / Porter /  WOW Truck (TATA Ace Vehicles) service for delivery of  heavy items like furniture and electronics in Coimbatore. The delivery charge has to be paid by the customer directly to delivery vehicle driver. Approximately delivery charge is Rs. 300  to 500 inside coimbatore city, Kovipalayam and Annur areas and Rs. 700 - 1200 for nearby towns and villages in Coimbatore district ( Mettupalayam, Karamadai, Thudiyalur, Pollachi, Avinashi, Tiruppur, Palladam, Mangalam, Kinathukadavu etc.,). Delivery vehicle will come till the gate and we request customers to unload the items from the vehicle and take it in your house. 

 Option 2: Home Delivery and Assembling by in-house team

     Odhi.IN uses own vehicle & in-house team for delivery of furniture, Electronics and heavy items, unloading and assembling. In this case, our team will do the needful completely and customer has to place the order online or pay MRP amount through Google / Razorpay / PhonePe / Paytm to our mobile number 8300143335. 50 - 100% Payment to be done in advance as Cash on Delivery option is unavailable with us. We request customers to allow us 4 days for delivery and assembling. Within 4 days, our team will come and delivery the furniture item. If Customer stays in Apartment (1, 2, 3 or 4 floors), customer has to share steps pics, steps width and Elevator (Lift) size (if available), our team will look into it and plan for delivery. In some cases, we may cancel the order if steps are too narrow and customer stays in 4th floor without lift facility. We will refund the full advance amount in that case.
