Udhaiyam Dhall Processing facility
Udhaiyam (Shri Lakshmi Agro Foods Pvt Ltd) is an ISO 22000:2005 certified company and has its processing unit at Thiruvotriyur with modern technology (Z-Series) implemented for dhall processing and packing which ensures the natural quality of the dhall product is not damaged before it reached the end customer. Udhaiyam has installed the world best sorting machines Bhuler from Germany and BOSCH packing machines which ensures the customer get only the right quality product in assured quantity as per the SKU.
Udhaiyam procures raw materials from farmers and contract farms. On receipt of the raw material, highly skilled personnel monitor stringent quality process and record the Microbiological, Physical and Chemical quality of the raw materials, pesticide, residue and aflatoxin analysis. On the basis of quality acceptance only, the material enters warehouse with a pre-defined volume number that is monitored during any quality issues claimed by any customer. Upon completion of production, each batch is tested and only quality finished batches are packaged and delivered to customers.
